As a husband-and-wife duo based in Kerala, we design, develop, and handcraft every product ourselves, ensuring that each piece is made with care, intention, and a deep respect for your everyday rituals.

Shipping
Do you accept refunds?
If you don’t fall in love with your candle within 30 days of purchase, you can return it — as long as it’s unused. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace or refund it. Please email hello@goodconsciousco.in with photographic proof of the damage and your receipt within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items, or on any orders placed more than 30 days ago.
Incorrect shipping address
If an order is placed with a missing or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs. As a small business, we’re unfortunately unable to cover these charges, thank you for understanding!
